• Driver wear mask, glove and OOTS t-shirt while delivering the cars.
• Our driver can driver the car up to 15 hours per day only.
• Several Options – Pick from our wide range of comfortable and classy hatchbacks.
• Unending Opportunities – The cars you rent from OOTS can be used for trips out of the city with pick up and drop.
• Extra Charges - In case for trips out of the city, if any extra Kilometers travel then Rs. 11 Per KM will be apply.
• You will get digital receipt using your customer account.
• Convenience fee/visiting charge of RS. 199 will be charged if no trip is performed after the driver visits with car to the customer site.
• All Service Provider partners (Drivers) are document checked and verified to ensure your complete safety. Inspite of this, if anything happens then, we (OOTS) will not be responsible for your any loss or harm by service provider/partners. But we (OOTS) will take action against that service provider according to Indian law and terminate that service provider from the company’s service provider partners.
• We strongly discourage direct dealing with our service providers (Drivers) regarding a service booked through OOTS. All safety and service assurance in such cases stand null and void.
