• Note - Not home at the time of pick up? Leave your documents copies at your neighbor’s & inform us, acknowledgement will be mailed to you.
• Reminder - Inform our crew about special needs or any important information.
• Additional - If any extra documents or signatures required then, our crew will be inform you.
• If any requirement like original document verification, signature or thumb expression etc. required then, you have come to office.
• Pick up time can vary up to 12 hrs after the pickup order confirmation.
• Convenience fee/visiting charge of RS. 149 will be charged if no job is performed after the Professional visits the customer site.
• We strongly discourage direct dealing with our service provider regarding a service booked through OOTS. All warranty, safety and service assurance in such cases stand null and void.
