• Overhead Water Tank Cleaning - The inner area of the tank is cleaned by manual scrubbing to remove the dirt, sediments, fungus & stains then after water & sludge is drained out from the tank. The tank is filled with water which is passed through taps to clean the water pipes and after all the water from the tank is drained through the taps, the tank is left empty for drying.
• Underground Water Tank Cleaning - The inner area and top of the tank is cleaned by manual scrubbing to remove the dirt, sediments, fungus & stains then after water & sludge is drained out from the tank. Walls, ceiling and floor of the tank is washed using clean water. If requried then vacuumed tank is disinfected with liquid bleach. At end tank is filled with water which is passed through taps to clean the water pipes and after all the water from the tank is drained through the taps, the tank is left empty for drying.
• Water Tank Installation - Installation of water storage tank at the designated spot. Note - Plumbing or inlet line to the same should be provided and lifting the tank to the designated place should be done by the customer.
• Water Tank Uninstallation - Uninstallation of the tank, transportation of the removed/uninstalled water tank to be taken care of by the customer.
• Pipeline Fitting or Repair - The work will be carried out after inspection by our Plumber at your premises.
• Water Pump Repair - The work will be carried out after inspection by our Plumber or Electrician at your premises.
• Water Pump Fitting - Fitting of new pump on existing place, connecting it with or without electric power supply, tightening all the nuts & connecting the outlet point to the inlet pipe of water tank.
• Water Pump Replacement - Removal of old pump, placed new pump on existing place, connecting it with or without electric power supply, tightening all the nuts & connecting the outlet point to the inlet pipe of water tank.
• We provides a fifteen (15) days service warranty. Warranty (on repair case only) covers only the issue that was resolved during initial task by us.
• Warranty on consumables and parts will be as per manufacturer only.
• Any parts that require replacement will be extra, based on actuals.
• If any material/repair/extra/other work is required, a quote will be given separately before proceeding.
• We do not provide materials or parts or products, our plumber will ask you to provide them if necessary. If you are not able to bring that material then ask a plumber to bring it, in this case you will have to pay traveling allowance.
• We do not provide material bills. It will be separately provided by the service provider or plumber or shopkeepers.
• We will not be liable for any pre-existing issues/potential risks reported by the plumber but not handled due to customer refusal to repair or service the same.
• We would not be responsible for any physical damage or missing parts of the appliance that are brought to notice after job completion.
• Check the provided service before our staff/professional leave your site. We would not be responsible that are brought to notice further.
• Convenience/visiting charge of Rs. 149 will be charged if you decline the service after the our plumber visit the customer site.
• Service charge or mentioned service charge will be charged if our plumber will be inspect the issue/pipeline/equipment/machine by detailing or dismantling it.
• Traveling Fee - Traveling fee apply additionally if a customer requests or avails of our service outside the Jamshedpur area. In this case, after our staff/professional has visited your site, If you accept or decline the service, in either case you will be charged a traveling fee as mentioned with convenience/visiting charge.
• We strongly discourage direct dealing with our staff/professional regarding any current/next/upcoming/other services. All warranty, safety and service features in such cases stand null and void.
