• We do not provides any types of food or drink.
• Cleaning, sanitization and disinfection of the car/vehicle is done before journey/trip.
• Things to Remember - Discuss with the driver about the pick-up point, drop point, number of passengers, pick-up timing, total distance etc. before the start of the journey/trip. Please also check the kilometer reading of the odometer and ID/DL/Aadhaar card of the driver before the start of the journey/trip.
• Within City Trip - If the entire journey/trip takes more than eight (8) hours, then Rs. 99/- per hour will be charged (Excluding Toll/Parking) additionally for additional hours.
• Outstation Trip - If the entire journey/trip takes more than twelve (12) hours, then Rs. 99/- per hour will be charged (Excluding Toll/Parking) additionally for additional hours. Depending on the convenience of the driver, you can travel maximum of 12-15 hours per day.
• Several Options - Pick from our wide range of comfortable and classy SUV cars (Innova, Ertiga, XL6, Innova Crysta, Tata Hexa, Tata Safari, Marazzo, XUV500 etc.).
• Multipurpose Use - The cars you rent or hire a SUV car from OOTS can be used for airport drop, wedding, marriage, outstation trips from Jamshedpur and within city trips in Jamshedpur with pick-up and drop facility.
• Extra Kilometer Charge - If any extra Kilometers travel beyond the given KM Limit then Rs. 17/km will be charged.
• Billing - You will get system generated/digital receipt or bill (Non GST) on your OOTS customer account.
• Cancellation Charge - You will be charged amount of Rs. 249/- as cancellation fee, if trip/service cancelled after an hour from trip/service/booking confirmed.
• Convenience Charge - You will be charged 20% (Upto Rs. 1500/-) of the fare, if service is declined after the driver arrived at your site/address with the car.
• Pickup Charge - Pickup charges of Rs. 17/- km will apply additionally, if your location/pick-up point is more than eight (8) kilometers away from our car stand or car location or city center point (Assuming Post Office, Sakchi).
• Waiting Charge - You will be charged an additional Rs. 4/- per minute as waiting fee, in case the customer extends the pick-up time and there are any unusual/personal halts (More than 15 minutes) during the entire journey/trip.
• Night Holding Charge - You will be charged an additional Rs. 499/- per night as night-hold fee, in case the customer hold the car in night during the entire journey/trip.
• Day Holding Charge - You will be charged an additional Rs. 1399/- per day as day-hold fee, in case the customer hold the car in day during the entire journey/trip.
• Toll Charge - Toll charges are not included in the fare, you will be charged minimum Rs. 100/- per toll additionally or you can pay on your own during the journey/trip.
• Marriage/Any Event Charge - You will be charged (Excluding Fuel/Toll/Parking) amount of Rs. 699/- per hour, Rs. 3499/- for ten (10) hours and Rs. 4499/- for fifteen (15) hours for wedding or marriage purpose, social event, any kind of personal or official events.
• All Service Provider partners and drivers are document checked and verified to ensure your complete safety. Inspite of this, if anything goes wrong then, we (OOTS) will not be responsible for your any loss or harm by service provider/partners/drivers. But we (OOTS) will take action against that service provider/driver according to Indian law and terminate that service provider/drivers from the company’s service provider partners.
• We strongly discourage direct dealing with our service provider/staff/driver regarding current/next/upcoming/any other services. All warranty, safety, responsibility and service features in such cases stand null and void.
